Due to the ongoing impact of Covid-19 throughout Texas, especially as it relates to the general safety of all potential attendees, travel for keynote personalities, and the nature of how we "do" conclave through interactions in breakouts and our exhibit areas, we are postponing our on-site Conclave until October 2021. We will announce details about the exact 2021 dates and location as soon as we know them. In the meantime, stay tuned for announcements about what we will do to provide encouragement, training, and networking for you in place of meeting together this fall.

Our goal is to provide encouragement, worship experiences, networking, training, and resources for youth ministers as well as those who oversee the family or NextGen areas in the local church.

Our goal is to provide encouragement, worship experiences, networking, training, and resources for youth ministers as well as those who oversee the family or NextGen areas in the local church. You will experience large group sessions along with more than 80 exhibitor booths focused on ministry needs.
